In 2007–2008, comparisons were made on high-frequency standards of electrical capacity (10–1000 pF, 1–30 MHz) from the Siberian Research Institute of Metrology (SNIIM) and the Czech Metrological Institute (CMI). In the comparisons, we used a precision adaptor developed in the SNIIM, which allows one to pass from coaxial unipolar attaching devices in the standard SNIIM equipment to four-pair joint devices in CMI apparatus.

Specifications, circuitry, and recommendations for the use of the OK6-13 automatic complex for testing instruments for the measurement of the parameters of fiber-optic transmission systems are presented. The complex supports tests of measurement instruments designed for operating at wavelengths of 0.85, 1.31, and 1.55 μm.
