AB - This paper presents a shape optimization problem under acoustic, aerodynamic and geometric constraints. The acoustic specification concerns the generated sonic boom. The aim is to see the validity of incomplete sensitivities when a nonlinear CFD model is coupled with a nonlinear wave transport model to define pressure rise on the ground.
