The first is on organizational learning Freie Universität theories and knowing in organizations with specific emphasis on communities- Berlin, Germany of-practice. The second part concentrates on knowledge sharing, especially Martina Kliesch with respect to managing locally distributed knowledge and the specific social Freie Universität conditions necessary to transfer knowledge. The third part takes on a more Berlin, Germany strategic impetus and broadly addresses issues concerned with organizational knowledge and dynamic capabilities.
