TY - JOUR AU - Quraeshi, Zahir AB - This article reports the results of a survey which compared Saudiand expatriate managers on organisational commitment, job satisfactionand work values. Saudi and expatriate managers were found to be similarin their commitment to their organisations and in their work values butsome difference was observed in the job satisfaction levels.Implications of these findings are discussed and directions for futureresearch are offered.
