INTRODUCTION There are many goods we cannot buy becaus e they are too expensive. Many of thes e goods can be shared with others without becoming useless. A tennis court, expensive farm equipment, a well , a fire-engin e and clea n ai r are examples of such goods.« These goods may be withi n one's means if one would share in their cost and consequentl y in thei r consump- tion.
