TY - JOUR AU1 - Klée, Deborah AB - Introducing Deborah Klée We are pleased to welcome Deborah Klée as the new editor for our new-look Journal. Deborah’s career has been focused on improving older people’s experiences of community and public services. She led a national review of older people’s services for the Healthcare Commission, Commission for Social Care Inspection and the Audit Commission and was editor of the resulting report Living Well in Later Life (2005). Since then she has worked on a number of national and local studies as an independent consultant. In 2009 she researched the progress that councils were making with implementation of the later life agenda for the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Improvement and Development Agency (IDeA) and wrote the report Getting on Well Together. As an Associate of IDeA, Deborah provided support to the Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset Total Place pilot and is the expert adviser on the IDeA and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Innovative Service Delivery Programme, supporting the delivery of the national agenda for an ageing society.
