Proceedings of EECE 2019: Visualization of the Cargo Orientation in Space Under Movement by a... [Currently, there is a tendency to erect skyscrapers in many developed countries of the world, but meteorological conditions are not everywhere favorable for this type of construction. So very often, builders have to face a number of dangerous factors caused by various natural phenomena. This article discusses the problem of improving safety on the construction site and the efficiency of the tower crane operators. We propose to introduce LED lighting devices into operation to ensure the visualization of the orientation of the load in space. For this purpose, during the work, the indicators of the visibility range of the light glow of halogen, and LED lamps in fog conditions were compared. The article also provides information about the values of the visibility range of led devices, for various types of meteorological phenomena that create low visibility in space, differing in the size of particles in the atmosphere and their number. To determine the required light power of the lighting device, a graph of the dependence of light force on the range of view was drawn up, which reflects the feasibility of using certain light signaling equipment.
