The structure of helianthosid 2 was re‐examined by a spectroscopic investigation using one‐ and two‐dimensional NMR spectroscopy and all 1H and 13C signals of the saccharide part were assigned. NOE difference and ROESY experiments allowed a conformational analysis of the orientation of the monosaccharide units with respect to each other.
