Authentic leadership; Students are increasingly diverse, with traditional pedagogies and higher education; instructional approaches lacking effectiveness in engaging a variety of student engagement; student cohorts. This study takes a behavioural approach to examining student experience; students in the classroom, seeking to better understand the relationships student leadership; between authentic leadership, wellbeing, belonging, and engagement student wellbeing. among students in an Australian Associate Degree program.
