Increasing concern about placement for children classified as brain injured is being expressed by parents and professionals. Because of the difficulty in nosological terminology in the various disciplines, this continues to be a perplexing problem. The author suggests considerations and procedures to assist in the future placement of children with purported cerebral dysfunction.
